Sponsoring a team
Cabrillo Gals Softball League is an organization devoted to coaching young girls the sport of girl's fast pitch softball with a focus on education, development, competition, and community. We are the largest recreational spring softball league in Santa Cruz County, with between 250-300 players and we are a completely volunteer run, non-profit organization. To help offset the cost of running the league, we rely on sponsorships to assist with expenses including umpires, field rentals, equipment, and uniforms.
Sponsoring a team is just $350. For your contribution, your name/logo will be featured on the back of a team's uniform, and prominently displayed on the homepage of our website and a banner at our home field, Anna Jean Cummings Park. You will also receive a commemorative plaque that includes a photo of the team you sponsor.
Financial Scholarhips
Our goal is to make softball accessible to all girls who wish to play, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Through the generosity of individuals like you, we are able to offer scholarships to these families. Would you consider sponsoring a player or contributing to our scholarship fund? For $220 you are able to sponsor a girl to play for the entire season.
